Hello!! I am so happy you’re here. I’d like to tell you a little about my inspiration for creating this page. My name is Chase, and I live on the Alabama Gulf Coast. I was born in a small beach town into a loving family that has always been immersed with the ocean. Throughout their lifetime, my parents have explored the world, both held captains licenses, lived on boats, deeply loved the ocean, and always worked hard to provide for their children. From an early age, a hard work ethic was instilled into me. I was introduced to the ocean and naturally grew attached to everything it had to offer.
In our early days of travel, we started by taking fishing and snorkeling trips to Central America and the Caribbean. It wasn’t long until I realized, even outside of the ocean, there is so much more to see in this life other than what is right around us. My mom has always had the itch of exploration and began taking me places with her as a child. My dad still works at a local marina, but he hung his traveling hat up years ago. However, he’s still our number one supporter on all of our trips, and loves to hear (almost) all of our crazy stories. It seems like the whole town knows about our adventures before we even get back! My dad is so proud (and scared lol) of my experiences, and that has pushed me to keep going.
Once I was old enough to have a job and start saving, my dreams of seeing the world grew bigger and bigger. This is when things got really exciting for me and my mom! I am so thankful for her inspiration and sense of adventure. The woman I am today is because of her. Throughout my travels, I have learned to love, be alone, stay skeptical, remain adventurous, and to look for the beauty in everything. I have never been a girl that was attached to material items, and I’ve always found my happiness in experiences. Some of my most spiritual and inspirational moments have come from people and places that had “the least”. I have learned, its people and places like this that actually have the most.
Once I learned that material belongings do not cultivate my happiness, I began to really live. This is what drives my passion for helping others see the beauty of the world around them. I have met so many amazing people over the years, and I am grateful to have shared some amazing memories with them. Nothing excites me more than when a friend of mine wants to join in on one of my “crazy” excursions and enjoys it as much as I do.
My passion doesn’t stop with traveling. I am an animal lover, yogi, loyal friend, and I love to share my passions with my partner, Beau. It has become almost ritual of mine to incorporate a yoga practice and some sort of giving back to the people and animals of all of the places I visit. (Ask my friends… my Mom and I have even flown to Guatemala a second time in an attempt to rescue a dog off the side of a volcano, ha!) Check out ‘Guatemala’ in my blog for more of the story.
I am so excited to pursue this new journey with all of you. I can promise you one thing… if you trust me to help plan the trip you’ve been dreaming of, I will do my best to make it the most memorable experience of your life! My ability to combine the outdoors with adventure, luxury, and serenity will make it the most simple and comfortable experience possible. Now… lets go Chase The World!
